Survey 300x300HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (10/18/17) — Hopkinsville Mayor Carter Hendricks invites the public to take part in a survey aimed at evaluating the level of customer service provided for city services. Surveys are will be collected through Nov. 30.

“The staff at #TeamHopkinsville works hard every day to serve the needs of our community,” Hendricks said. “Yet, we are always looking for ways to do even better.” 
 
To access the customer service survey, click here. In about five minutes, feedback can help ensure the city delivers the best customer service possible.
 
Paper surveys are also available at any one of the following locations:

• Hopkinsville Municipal Center – 715 South Virginia Street
• Public Library – 1101 Bethel Street
• Chamber of Commerce – 2800 Fort Campbell Boulevard
• Hopkinsville Community College – 720 North Drive
