BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (3/15/13) – On Tuesday, March 12, 2013, Kentucky State Police Post 3 Trooper Jonathan McChesney served a Warren County indictment on David L. Herrington Jr. (28) of Scottsville.
 
The arrest is the result of an ongoing burglary investigation that was opened on January 30th of this year. Herrington was charged with two counts of Burglary 1st, two counts of TBUT Firearm, two counts of TBUT other, as well as being a Persistent Felony Offender.
 
Herrington was lodged in the Warren County Jail. The investigation is ongoing.
