CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky. (3/21/13) – On Wednesday, March 20, at approximately 2:45 PM, Kentucky State Police officials responded to the scene of an accident with injuries on Highway 444 at Bellflower/Buffalo Road.
Once on the scene, Troopers found that Anthony Tyson, 29, of New Concord, KY, was traveling south on HWY 444. At the same time, another vehicle, operated by 26-year-old Luke Fisher of Murray, was making a left turn from Bellflower Road onto Highway 444. As Fisher entered KY 444, Tyson came around a curve and was unable to stop his vehicle prior to colliding with Fisher’s vehicle.
Tyson was transported by ambulance to Murray-Calloway County Hospital for injuries sustained in the collision.
Kentucky State Police was assisted on the scene by Murray-Calloway County EMS and Calloway County Fire and Rescue.
