•1 part bourbon
•½ part triple sec
•½ part lemon juice
Take lemon and moisten rim of highball glass. Sprinkle superfine sugar on rim of glass. Combine bourbon, triple sec, and lemon juice. Shake ingredients together with cracked ice. Strain into prepared highball glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Apple Rock Bottom Blues
•1 part bourbon
•2 parts fresh pressed apple juice
•1 part fresh lemon sour
Build over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

The Old Fashioned
•1 1/3 oz. of bourbon
•½ oz. of apple cider
•3 leaves of sage
•1 pinch of saffron
•1 tsp. of brown sugar
•2 twists of orange
•1 tsp. of orange zest
•1 oz. of amaretto
Slice cherry from top to bottom five times around pit, and soak in a cup of Amaretto. Muddle cider, sage, saffron, brown sugar, orange twists and zest together in glass. Add bourbon and stir. Strain and serve over ice. Garnish with your Amaretto-soaked cherry.

Big Brunch Cocktail
•1 ½ ounces bourbon
•½ ounce blood orange liqueur
•½ cup orange juice
•1 orange slice
•Fresh mint leaves to taste, plus sprig for garnish
In a shaker, mix together bourbon, blood orange liqueur, orange juice, and mint leaves. Shake and pour over ice in a low glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint and an orange slice.

Cajun Kiss Manhattan
•1 oz. bourbon
•1 oz. chocolate liqueur
•1 oz. coffee liqueur
•Heavy shake of cayenne
•Heavy shake of cinnamon
•Heavy splash of half and half
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass rimmed with graham cracker crumbs.
