cadiz police arrest3 300CADIZ, Ky. (4/11/13) – The following is your update on Law Enforcement activity courtesy of the Cadiz Police Department.
 
On April 7, 20-year-old Bryce A. Rogers of South Tanyard Road in Cadiz was arrested on charges of Unlawful Transaction with a Minor (two counts) and Possession of an Open Alcoholic Beverage Container in a Motor Vehicle. Rogers admitted to possessing the alcoholic container and giving beer two to 16-year-olds in the vehicle. Officer Andrew Sanderson was the arresting officer.
 
On April 9, William N. West, 45, of Thomas Street in Cadiz was arrested on charges of Assault – 4th Degree and Violation of a Kentucky Domestic Violence Order. West assaulted his wife by grabbing her and throwing her to the floor during a verbal altercation. The act of violence violated a condition of a DVO in place against West. Roger Night was the arresting officer in the case.
