General Arrest 09 red 300EDDYVILLE, Ky. (4/25/13) – On Tuesday April 23, 2013 at approximately 11:00 A.M. Detectives with the Kentucky State Police arrested Angela M. Scott, 44 of Eddyville.
Scott was arrested after an investigation revealed, she had smuggled illegal contraband into the Kentucky State Penitentiary.
Scott works for Trinity Services Group, which is contracted by the Kentucky Department of Corrections for certain food services at the Kentucky State Penitentiary.

Scott was charged with Promoting Contraband (class D felony), and Bribery of a Public Servant (class C felony). Scott was lodged in the Caldwell County Detention Center.
The investigation continues by Detective Cory Jessup, in cooperation with the Kentucky State Penitentiary and the Department of Corrections.
