PADUCAH, Ky. (3/5/13) – On March 4, 2013, at approximately 6:16 PM, the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a single-vehicle accident on Cairo Road.
 
Once on the scene, Deputies found that a SUV being driven by 46-year-old Tonya Hogue of Brookport, Illinois, with an 8-year-old passenger, failed to negotiate a curve in the 3000 block of Cairo Road. After driving off the right-hand side of the roadway into the ditch, the vehicle struck two separate concrete culverts before stopping.
 
The driver was transported to Baptist health Hospital for treatment of injuries, the passenger was checked for injuries at the scene by Mercy EMS. Concord Fire Department assisted at the scene.
