PADUCAH, Ky. (3/8/13) – On March 6th of 2013, deputies with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office, Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, US Marshal’s Office and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms were conducting several warrant attempts in the McCracken County area.
 
Deputies were notified of an outstanding warrant out of the state of Louisiana on a Jeremiah L. Mann for charges of Indecent behavior with a juvenile by computer aided solicitation of a minor, pornography involving juveniles and sexual exploitation of a minor (material/photograph). Deputies conducted several surveillances on possible addresses of Mr. Mann and were able to locate him at 6925 Old Mayfield Road. Mr. Mann spoke with deputies and a search of his residence was conducted.
 
Once inside, Deputies located an amount of Hydrocodone, Valium and Adderall in plastic baggies along with a marijuana smoking pipe. Mr. Mann claimed possession of the controlled substances and admitted to being in possession without a prescription. Mr. Mann was ultimately arrested on the outstanding warrant with a bond of $150,000 and charged with several drug charges.
 
Mr. Mann was lodged in McCracken County Jail on charges of Possession of a controlled substance 2nd Degree – Hydrocodone (Class A Misdemeanor), Possession of a controlled substance 3rd Degree – Valium (Class A Misdemeanor), Illegal Possession of a legend drug – Adderall (Class B Misdemeanor),

Prescription controlled substance not in original container (Class B Misdemeanor), Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possess (Class A Misdemeanor), Warrant Charges from the state of Louisiana include Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile by Computer Aided Solicitation of a Minor and Pornography Involving Juveniles and Sexual Exploitation of Minor-Material-Photograph.
