GREENVILLE, Ky. (9/25/13) – Some estimates show that as many as 240,000 women in the U.S. will develop breast cancer.
Like so many health problems, prevention and early detection is the key to bringing this number down.
Baptist Health is doing their part by holding a "Think Pink" event at the Muhlenberg Extension Office, at 3690 State Route 1389 on Tuesday, Oct. 1st, featuring General Surgeon Darren Chapman, MD.
You'll have a chance to learn about the different types and stages of breast cancer, tips for early detection, and the latest in breast cancer treatments.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m., with free dinner and program beginning at 6:00 p.m.
