Muhlenberg Bass Fishing Team Ready to Reel In Saturday Competition Win

muh fishing team 300MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. (3/7/14) — The Muhlenberg Mustang Bass Fishing Team will compete in and host the Second Annual MCHS High School Open Tournament.

Anglers competing in Saturday's competition with the Mustang Bass Fishing Team include Cameron Brooks, Jacob Bowles, Brandon Payne, Hunter Hampton, Billy Hardison, Cole Noffsinger, Peyton Lipe, Nathan Flener, Lucas Adams, Drew Mendoza and Taylor Harris.

The event is Saturday, March 8, at Lake Beshear, near Dawson Springs. Lake Beshear is located on Spillway Road.

According to Coach Cody Napier, there will be approximately 25 boats in competition.

Registration begins at 5:30 a.m.

Weigh in starts at 2 p.m.

Napier also wants to congratulate team members Cameron Brookos and Chase Geary, who received sixth place honors in last Saturday's Froggyland Classic at Kentucky Lake.
