OWENSBORO, KY (12/13/12) – On December 12, 2012 at approximately 10:15 p.m., members of the Owensboro Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit, Daviess County Sheriff’s Office, and Kentucky State Police, executed search warrants at two locations. These warrants stem from an ongoing investigation being conducted by Street Crimes detectives.

A search of 2201 Crossing Pointe revealed approximately one pound of methamphetamine, a small amount of marijuana, $10,000 in U. S. currency, and other drug paraphernalia consistent with an ongoing methamphetamine trafficking operation.

The second search at 1630 Daviess Street led detectives to approximately four pounds of methamphetamine, a small amount of marijuana, approximately $20,000 in U. S. currency, and other drug paraphernalia consistent with an ongoing methamphetamine trafficking operation.
 
The approximate street value of all the drugs seized is $100,000. Also seized were five rifles and three handguns.

Arrested in the investigation was Ronald L. Henry of 2201 Crossing Pointe, Sherry L. Hicks of 1630 Daviess Street, Deborah H. Mattingly of Philpot KY, and Tim Mattingly of Philpot, KY.
