Theft glass broken 300HENDERSON, Ky. (3/25/13) – Henderson Police were dispatched to a convenience store/gas station in the 900 block of N. Green St. on Sunday regarding report of a theft. Authorities said the clerk told them a subject described as African American male allegedly entered the store and asked for two cartons of a specific brand of cigarettes.
 
Authorities said the man then grabbed them away from the clerk, causing pain in her hand.
 
The subject is still being sought, and an investigation is continuing.
