mpd arrestlog4 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (3/6/13) – On Mar. 6, Madisonville Police Department reported eight instances of police activity within city limits.
 
Colin Woolfork Lamonte Jr., 21, of Madisonville, was arrested on March 6 for Assault (4th Degree—Domestic Violence) at his home address. The arresting officer was Falon Devore.
 
Jarod Bowley, 26, of California, was served an arrest warrant at a Block Sugarcreek Rd. address on March 5 for Wanton Endangerment. The arresting officer was Jeff Etheridge.
 
Candice Barber, 20, of Madisonville, was served several arrest warrants on March 5 at a Block Sugarcreek Rd. address for charges of Wanton Endangerment, Assault (4th Degree), and Failure to Pay Fines. The arresting officers were Jeff Etheridge and Mark Conrad.
 
Charles Follin, 28, of Henderson, was arrested on March at E. Center St. Walmart for Theft by Unlawful Taking/Dispensing all Others. Subsequently, at the time of arrest, Follin was served a Henderson Co. arrest warrant for unspecified charges. The arresting officer was Falon Devore.
 
Jo Marsh, 33, of S. Poole Rd. was arrested on March 5 at a Nebo Rd. address for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs. The arresting officer was Falon Devore.
 
Christopher Schauss, 30, of W. Noel Ave., was arrested on March 5 at S. Main St. Burger King for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.
 
Victor Keye, 22, of Henderson, was served a Henderson Co. arrest warrant on March 5 for Terroristic Threatening during a traffic stop on the Edward T. Breathitt Parkway. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.
 
Donald Sherman, 41, of Whiltshire Dr., was served an arrest warrant on March 5 at a North St. address for Non-Payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.
