The camp will conclude with an exhibition game that is open to the public. The Apollo/ Independence Bank Eagles Bowl 2013 begins at 6:30 p.m. May 31. The flag football camp – the first of its kind in the area – is sponsored by the Apollo High School Football Program. AHS head football coach Dan Crume, who is overseeing the program, said the camp is designed to provide a positive experience for the participants while introducing the fundamentals of the game of football and creating an opportunity to play.
