hend police arrest2 300HENDERSON, Ky. (10/9/13) - The Henderson Police Department reported the following activity on Oct. 8:

A Theft Over $500 was reported to Henderson Police at 3 a.m. who stated an unknown person stole his 2006 Suzuki LTR four wheeler from the backyard of his residence. The vehicle has not been recovered. Henderson Police are currently investigating the alleged incident.

An accident with injury was reported at the intersection of South Green Street and Canoe Creek Drive at 11:09 p.m. Mark McCullough, 56, was traveling south on South Green Street and was making a left hand turn onto Canoe Creek Dr. when he apparently collided with , 31, who was traveling north on South Green St. Fluellen was transported to Methodist Hospital with complaint of pain in his arm.
