multiplearrests 300WESTERN KENTUCKY, Ky. (11/1/13) — Kentucky State Police Post 2 arrested several area people in their multi-county district during the KSP Operation Black Friday statewide drug roundup Friday, Nov. 1.

Troopers charged David Jones, 50, of Hopkinsville with trafficking in a controlled substance.

Matthew Brooks, 25, of Central City was charged with with trafficking in marijuana less than eight ounces.

Steven Cox, 56, was charged with Greenville was charged with facilitation to traffic in a controlled substance.

Heather Harkins, 34, of Central City possession of a controlled substance, prescription controlled substance not in a proper container, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Willard Hayes, 49, of Greenville was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance.

Christopher Lear, 30, of Powderly was charged with trafficking in marijuana less than eight ounces, firearm enhanced, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

Matthew Lovins, 20, of Central City was charged with trafficking in marijuana less than eight ounces.

Melissa Maddox, 28, of Powderly was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance.

Chris Pentecost, 42, of Greenville was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance in both second and third degrees and two counts of prescription substance not in a proper container.

Kimberly Tucker, 41, of Powderly was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance.

John Dylan Smith, 20, of Elkton was charged with two counts trafficking in marijuana less than eight ounces.

Holly Springer, 25, of Elkton was charged with trafficking in marijuana, trafficking in a controlled substance and both the first and third degrees.

Kenneth Hopper, 55, of Clay in Webster County was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance.
