dawsonspringsarrestlog 1DAWSON SPRINGS, Ky. (6/17/13) – The following is your weekly update on law enforcement activity in the Dawson Springs area.

On June 8, Tyler Martin, 18, of Lakeshore Drive in Dawson Springs was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence on a Hopkins County warrant. Brad Ross was the charging officer, assisted by Josh Travis.

Kristen Rudd, 32, of Love Lane in Dawson Springs was served a Caldwell County criminal summons for Theft by Unlawful Taking. Josh Travis was the charging officer.

On June 10, Melanie Sisk, 42, of Sixth Vein Road in Dawson Springs was charged with Failure to Pay on a Hopkins County warrant. Captain Craig Patterson was the charging officer, assisted by Chief Bill Crider.

Jeremy Kutella, 23, of Sixth Vein Road was charged with No Insurance on a Hopkins County warrant. Captain Patterson and Chief Crider were the charging officers.

On June 12, Jennifer Wesmolan, 27, of East Bellville Street in Marion was charged with Permitting an Unlicensed Driver to Operate a Motor Vehicle, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, No Insurance and Hindering Apprehension. In addition, Wesmolan was served a Crittenden County warrant for Failure to Pay Fines, a Marshall County warrant for Failure to Appear and two Caldwell summons for Theft by Deception. Captain Patters and Chief Crider were the charging officers, assisted by Josh Travis and Trooper Bob Winters.

On June 13, Dustin Shumaker, 21, of South Main Street in Dawson Springs was charged with Assault (4th Degree) Domestic Violence. Captain Patterson and Chief Crider were the charging officers.

Brettany Adams, 46, of North Trim Street in Dawson Springs was charged with Assault (4th Degree) Domestic Violence. Captain Patterson and Chief Crider were the arresting officers.

On June 15, Owen Goodaker, 55, of Goodaker Lane in Dawson Springs was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence and No Seatbelts. Brad Ross was the charging officer.
