Central City Man Accused of Making Bomb Threat in Owensboro

arrest oliverOWENSBORO, Ky. - (4/26/13) – A Central City man is in custody at the Daviess County Detention Center on charges of Second Degree Terroristic Threatening, a class D felony.
 
According to Owensboro Police, David B. Oliver, 55, was arrested by the Central City Police Department on Thursday following an Owensboro Police Department investigation into reports of a bomb threat made via telephone against Menards, a retail business located at 3001 Heartland Crossing Blvd. Authorities said they were notified about the threat at 4:45 p.m. on April 23.
