Madisonville Police Reports – July 26, 2013

mpd arrestlog4 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (7/26/13) – On Friday, July 26, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported four instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Jessica Higdon, 26, of Madisonville was arrested on July 25 for No Operator/Moped License and Fail to Produce Insurance Card. The arresting officer was Daniel Cavanaugh.
 
Michael Gipson, 52, of Nebo was arrested on July 25 for Operating on a Suspended/Revoked Driver’s License and Operating a Motor Vehicle under/Influence of Alcohol/Drugs. The arresting officers were Richard Cobb and Paul Haynie.
 
Patrick Atwell, 39 of Harrodsberg was served an arrest warrant on July 25 for Another Police Agency (Mercer County). The arresting officer was Daniel Cavanaugh.
 
Ashley Skimmerhorn, 29, of Madisonville was arrested on July 25 for Failure to Appear, Forgery in the 2nd Degree, and Contempt of Court, Libel/Slander Resistance to Order. The arresting officer was Falon Devore.
