bluecc300 BHOPKINS COUNTY, KY (8/22/13) – We, the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare and sure the blessing of our liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
 
We live in a socialist nation. The city government and the county government gives our local library money. Now they are bringing into the picture an architect, a person that has plans to build. We have a building that has been empty for six months or longer. The library is going to have to pay a bill over $98,000.00. I guess this is work that was done on the Save-a-Lot building that has been empty for the last six or seven months. It looks like we might have to pull the library out of the fire again.
 
The architect bill will be next.
 
The library has 150 volunteers the last time I checked. I have written on this subject from March until August of this year. I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of hearing about the library.
 
Every time you turn around, they want more money. Who gives it to them? The county and the city. There are members of the city government and the county government that apparently like to spend money. Look at the tech center for example, and the sports complex. One is a swamp and the other is falling in.
 
I rest my case.
