mpd arrestlog4 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (9/3/13) – On Tuesday, September 3, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported 21 instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Isaac Chamberlain, 22 of Earlington was arrested on September 2 for Disorderly Conduct and Theft by Unlawful Taking Shoplifting under $500.00. The arresting officers were Paul Haynie and Justin Jones.
 
Bradley Blanton, 25 of Beaver Dam was arrested on September 2 for Receiving Stolen Property, Operating on Suspended/Revoked License, Criminal Trespassing, and Fleeing/Evading the Police. The arresting officers were William Roundtree and Van Killough.
 
Dillon Miller, 23 of Madisonville was arrested on September 2 for Operating Motor Vehicle under/Influence of Alcohol and Drugs, and Possession of Open Alcohol Beverage Container in Motor Vehicle. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.
 
Kelly Dukes, 29 of Nebo was arrested on August 31 for Theft by Unlawful Taking Disp. – Shoplifting. The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.
 
Eric Wardrip, 26 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on September 1 for Non-payment of Fines, Operating a Motor Vehicle under/Influence of Alcohol and Drugs, and Failure to give Right-away to Emergency Stopped Vehicle. The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.
 
Shawn Slayton, 32 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant from Another State (Indiana). The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.
 
Timothy Franklin, 27 of Madisonville was arrested on September 2 for Failure to Wear a Seatbelt, Failure to Produce Insurance Card and Operating Vehicle under/Influence of Alcohol/Drugs. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Evan Faulk, 31 of Madisonville was arrested on August 31 for Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) with Minor Injuries. The arresting officer was Sean McCance.
 
Stephanie Wells, 24 of Nortonville was arrested on September 2 for Operating on a Suspended Driver’s License and Failure to Produce Insurance Card. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
 
Bryan Williams, 38 of Earlington was served an arrest warrant on September 1 for Failure to Pay. The arresting officer was Sean McCance.
 
Joyce Fergerson, 59 of Madisonville was arrested on September 1, for Theft by Unlawful Taking Disp. – Shoplifting. The arresting officer was Daniel Cavanaugh.
 
Johnny Middleton, 43 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 31 for Criminal Mischief. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.
 
Darrell Starks, 29 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 30 for Another Police Agency (Christian County), Wanton Endangerment, Terroristic Threatening and Trafficking Controlled Substance. The arresting officers were Brandon Darnell and Daniel Cavanaugh.
 
Vickie Carter, 50 of Madisonville was arrested on August 30 for Forgery. The arresting officer was Daniel Cavanaugh.
 
Brandon Kinney, 28 of Hanson was served an arrest warrant on August 30 for Failure to Appear, Harassing Communications, and Terroristic Threatening. The arresting officers were Daniel Cavanaugh and Brandon Darnell.
 
Jitendra Patel, 57 of Madisonville was arrested on August 30 for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespassing. The arresting officer was Daniel Cavanaugh.
 
Jonathan Davis, 23 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 30 for Failure to Pay. The arresting officer was Sean McCance.
 
Charles Adams JR, 25 of Madisonville was arrested on September 1 for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Matt Enlow.
 
Richard Vannoy, 34 of Madisonville was arrested on September 1 for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was William Strader.
 
Gregory Stallins, 28 of Dawson Springs was served an arrest warrant on August 31 for Contempt of Court. The arresting officer was Corey Miller.
 
James Wester, 51 of Madisonville was arrested on August 31 for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Richard Cobb.
