Franklin Wrightsman II, 31 of Clarksville, Tennessee was arrested on September 25, for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.
 
Stephen McLean, 50 of Murray was arrested on September 25, for Another Police Agency (Calloway County). The arresting officer was William Roundtree.
 
William Sullivan, 45 of Madisonville was arrested on September 25, for Wanton Endangerment. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.
 
William Devine, 48 of Providence was arrested on September 25, for Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Controlled Substance and Trafficking Controlled Substance (meth). The arresting officers were Allen Stokes, Falon Devore and Blake Carlisle.
 
Virgina Payne, 26 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on September 25, for Trafficking Controlled Substance. The arresting officer was Blake Carlisle.
 
Dallas Raybon, 37 of Jamestown was arrested on September 25, for Another Police Agency (Russell County). The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Rodrick Quintero, 43 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on September 25, for Failure to Appear. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Terence Ray, 50 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on September 25, for Non-payment of Fines and Contempt of Court. The arresting officers were Justin Jones and Paul Haynie.
 
James Hopper, 49 of Madisonville was arrested on September 25, for Speeding in a Restricted Zones and DUI. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Crissy Howes, 35 of Clarksville, Tennessee was arrested on September 25, for Prescription of Controlled Substance Not in Original Container. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.
