mpd arrestlogMADISONVILLE, Ky. (10/25/13) – On Friday, Oct. 25, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported seven instances of law enforcement activity.

Timothy Pentecost, 50, of Madisonville was arrested on Oct. 24 for possession of controlled substance, disorderly conduct, drug paraphernalia buy/possess and tampering with physical evidence. The arresting officers were Tyler Russell and William Roundtree.

Jamie Hardwick, 31, of Providence was served an arrest warrant on Oct. 24 for probation violation. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

James Pierce, 24, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on Oct. 24 for assault in the fourth degree. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.

Cody Kelly, 22, of Madisonville was arrested on Oct. 24 for falsely reporting an incident. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Marvin Rice, 25, of Madisonville was arrested on Oct. 24 for possession of synthetic drugs, endangering the welfare of a minor, drug paraphernalia buy/possess, and prescription controlled substance not in original case. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Ashley Carter, 21, of Madisonville was arrested on Oct. 24 for possession of synthetic drugs and endangering the welfare of a minor. The arresting officer was Falon Devore.

Bobby Kittinger, 39, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on Oct. 24 for failure to pay release payment. The arresting officers were Tyrone Gregory and Corey Miller.
