Madisonville Police Arrest Reports – March 14, 2014

mpd arrestlog2MADISONVILLE, Ky. (3/14/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports Friday, March 14.

Dustin Wallace, 24, of Madisonville was charged March 13 for speeding in a restricted zone and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Bobby Dickerson, 37, of Madisonville was charged March 13 for disorderly conduct. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Johnathan Hogan, 23, of Madisonville was charged March 13 for failure to wear seatbelt, following another vehicle too closely, possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.

Cody Kelly, 23, of Madisonville was charged March 13 for driving on a DUI suspended license. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.

Joseph Daigle, III, 43, of Madisonville was charged March 13 for public intoxication – controlled substance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia buy or possess. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Zachary Short, 21, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant March 13 for harassment. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Joseph Sheets, 34, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant March 13 for violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO and terroristic threatening. The arresting officer was Falon Graham.

Chad Black, 31, of Clay was served an arrest warrant March 13 for probation violation for felony offense. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
