Daviess County Food Inspection Reports- September 13, 2013

healthdeptinspections300 cOWENSBORO, Ky. (9/13/13) - The Green River District Health Department inspected the following restaurants and food establishments in Daviess County on Sept. 5 through Sept. 12:
 
Apollo High School, located at 2280 Tamarack Rd, received a score of 100 and an A rating.
 
Owensboro Catholic School Fourth through Sixth Grade Cafeteria, located at 525 E 23rd St, received a score of 98 and an A rating.
 
Cravens Elementary School, located at 2741 Cravens Ave, received a score of 98 and an A rating.
 
Owensboro High School, located at 1800 Frederica St, received a score of 100 and an A rating.
 
K-Mart Pantry, located at 2760 Frederica St, received a score of 100.
 
Kangaroo Express, located at 2737 Parrish Ave, received a score of 98.
 
Long John Silvers, located at 3005 Hwy 60 E, received a score of 100 and an A rating.
 
H L Neblett Community Center Day Care, located at 801 W 5th St, received a score of 96 and an A rating.
 
Dee’s BBQ & Diner, located at 1362 E 4th St, received a score of 85 and a C rating in a regular inspection and a score of 99 and a B rating in a follow-up inspection.
 
O’Charley’s, located at 5205 Frederica St, received a score of 95 and an A rating.
 
G D Ritzy’s, located at 4925 Frederica St, received a score of 96 and an A rating.
 
Owensboro Youth Soccer League, located at 1 Carter Rd, received a score of 97 and an A rating.
 
ECIG, located at 3120 KY Hwy 54, received a score of 100 and an A rating.
 
Menard’s, located at 3001 Heartland Crossing, received a score of 99.
 
ECIG, located at 426 Salem Dr, received a score a score of 100.
