OPD Reports Arrests -October 9, 2013

 

opd arrestlog2 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (10/9/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following activity on Tuesday, Oct. 9:

Zachary T. Wathen, was arrested at 6:20 a.m. on charges of Public Intoxication of a Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol).

Terri Banks, of the 100 block of W 5th St, was arrested at 3:03 p.m. on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place (First and Second Offense).

Elisha S. Early, of the 2500 block of Wimsatt Ct, was charged with Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Posess.

Shawn M. Westmoreland, was charged with Possession of Marijuana.
