OPD Arrest Reports - October 17, 2013

opd arrestlog2 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (10/17/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following arrests on Wednesday, Oct. 17:

Lori A. Carter, of the 6500 block of Lilac Ct, was arrested at 7:45 a.m. on charges of Second Degree Criminal Possession of Forged Instrument (Identify).

Delaina Crowe, of the 2200 block of W 7th St, was arrested at 1:52 p.m. on charges of Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition Shoplifting Under $500.

Cedric E. Swanagan, of the 1800 of Churchill Dr, was arrested at 9:29 a.m. on charges of Parole Violation (For Felony Offense), and First Degree Criminal Mischief.

Tiffany N. Willinger, of the 90 block of Fielden Ave, was arrested at 3:44 p.m. on charges of First Degree Trafficking in Controlled Substance First Offense (Less Than 2 Grams of Methamphetamines), Second Degree Fleeing or Evading Police (on foot), and First Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance First Offense (Methamphetamines).

Taylor N. Payne, of the 2600 Baylor Pl, was arrested at 10:16 p.m. on charges of Trafficking in Marijuana (Eight Ounces to Less Than Eight Pounds) First Offense, and Drug Paraphernalia (Bys/Possess).

Christopher S. Gilbert, of the 2600 block of Baylor Pl, was arrested at 7:28 p.m. on two charges of First Degree Trafficking in Controlled Substance First Degree (Greater or Equal to Four Grams of Cocaine), and one charge of Possession of Marijuana.
