Owensboro Police Department Reports Activity

oboro police 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (7/4/14) — Owensboro Police Department reported the recent arrests and citations:

Michelle Cudjik, 52, of Owensboro, was charged with tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, and giving officers a false name or address.

Caleb Dennis, 19, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) less than $500, leaving the scene of an accident, and other traffic violations.

Vanessa Doolin, 21, of Lewisport, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Bobby Douglas, 46, of Owensboro, was charged with first degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

Carlos Howell, 35, of address unknown, was charged with first degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana.

David Moseley, 32, of Hawesville, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Kyle Payne, 22, of Whitesville, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) less than $500.

Austin Pointer, 21, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, leaving the scene of an accident, and other traffic violations.

Aprilann Poole, 35, of Owensboro, was charged with theft of property mislaid or delivered by mistake.

Mary Riley, 34, of Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
