HCHS Students to Build Wheelchair Ramp

HENDERSON, Ky. (12/19/13) - Henderson County High School Career and Technical Education (CTE) students are building a ramp for a student at South Heights Elementary that is bound to a wheelchair.

CTE teacher Ron Spencer’s Carpentry classes are finalizing the ramp today at the student’s home lo-cated in Henderson, Kentucky. The materials were donated by Property Management and the students volunteered their time to make sure the ramp is ready for the student and his family by Christmas.
