Daviess County Improves Record at Grayson County

OWENSBORO, Ky. (9/18/13) – The Panthers came home from Leitchfield with their second win of the season Friday night in a game where they took the lead early on and pressed the advantage all the way to the end.

According to information at maxpreps.com, Daviess County Panthers went into halftime with a lead over the Grayson County Cougars of 20-6, and continued to score touchdowns in the last two quarters to bring the final score to 41-18.

Maxpreps listed Chase LeCroy as the “offensive player of the game,” noting he had "174 yards rushing on 15 attempts and numerous big blocks to get the Panther Ground game rolling.”

Daviess County next travels to Muhlenberg County, where they take on Muhlenberg County Friday night at 7 p.m.
