General Arrest 06 orangeblue 300MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. (11/8/13) — The Muhlenberg County Sheriff’s Department and the Pennyrile Narcotic Task Force conducted an investigation that produced arrest warrants for approximately 50 people Friday, Nov. 8.

Muhlenberg County Sheriff Detective Wade Griggs and Muhlenberg County Sheriff Detective Troy Gibson, assigned to the PNTF led in the investigation.

According to a press release issued by the Muhlenberg County Sheriff Curtis McGehee, officers met at the Muhlenberg Central Dispatch Office and were briefed on details of the roundup at 7 a.m. Friday.

Officers then swept the county arresting the following:

  • Bobbi N. Duncan, 219 W Reservoir, Central City, three counts of trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree, (meth) less than two grams
  • Christopher Pentecost, 64 Rumsey Lane, Greenville, two counts of trafficking in controlled substance, first degree, (meth) less than two grams, one count of trafficking in controlled substance second degree
  • Donna Smith, 101 Harris St., Drakesboro, trafficking in controlled substance, second degree, trafficking in a legend drug
  • Taylon L. Whitney, Render Street, Central City, two counts of trafficking in controlled substance, first degree, (meth) less than two grams
  • Kendrae R. Smith, 239 W. Main Cross St. Greenville, theft by unlawful taking less than $500.00
  • Nicholas G. Fulkerson, 626 Mark Ave. Greenville, three counts of trafficking in a controlled substance first degree
  • Danny L. Boggess, 122 Nolen Lane Greenville, possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Charles W. Dennison, 521 Joyce Ave., Greenville, trafficking in marijuana less than eight ounces
  • Holly M. Fulkerson, 626 Mark Ave. Greenville, three counts of trafficking in a controlled substance first degree
  • Chaun M. Keiffer, 107 Newman St. Central City, trafficking in marijuana less than eight ounces
  • Sherry L. Lindsey, 101 Harris St., Drakesboro; three counts of trafficking in controlled substance second degree; Kimberly D. Dukes, 430 E. Main Street Powderly, trafficking in a controlled substance, second degree
  • John W. Ferguson, trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree (meth) less than two grams
  • Justin A. Perales, 714 Stringtown Road, Central City, two counts of trafficking in marijuana less than eight ounces
  • Shellie N. King, 3269 St. Rt. 181 N. Greenville, trafficking in a controlled substance, second degree
  • Mallory L. Groves, 106 Parker St., Drakesboro, possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Joey N. Gray, 414 N. Eighth St., Central City, three counts of trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree
  • Michael W. Vincent, 219 N. 5th Street Central City, trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree less than two grams (meth)
  • Jason Wilson, 1101 W. Reservoir St. Central City, trafficking in a controlled substance, second degree
  • Danny Boggess Nolen Ln. Greenville, manufacturing methamphetamine, controlled substance endangerment to a child, fourth degree
  • Timothy Eubanks, 142 Nolen lane Greenville, unlawful distribution of meth precursor
  • Heather Nolen, Lot 16 Nolen Ln. Greenville, unlawful distribution of meth precursor
  • Charles Young, 1200 Jess Winn Road, Greenville, trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree
  • Katherine Croxton, 402 Croxton Ln. Belton, trafficking in a controlled substance first degree
  • Patty Ewing, 408 Hillside Rd. Powderly, trafficking in a controlled substance, second degree
  • Tamitha Vincent, 739 State Route 171, Greenville, one count of trafficking in a controlled substance second degree, two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance, third degree
  • Anita K. Vincent, 957 Hillside Road, Powderly, trafficking in a controlled substance, second degree
  • Jerry Vincent, 957 Hillside Road, Powderly, trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree

Officers will be attempting to serve the reaming warrants in the near future.

The Sheriff’s Department is crediting the community for the successful results.

In the spring of 2013, the department launched an awareness effort that consisted of news articles, media ads and public presentations. During the awareness efforts, Muhlenberg County residents were encouraged to contact law enforcement with information regarding illegal drug activity.

“There is no way we can produce these kinds of results without community involvement,” said McGehee.

Central City Police, Powderly Police, Kentucky State Police, Greenville Police and Constable Denny Blythe assisted the Task Force and the Sheriff’s Department in the roundup.
