Dawson Springs Police Report – September 9, 2013

ds police arrest logDAWSON SPRINGS, Ky. (9/9/13) – The following is your weekly update on law enforcement activity in the Dawson Springs area.
 
On September 3 Linda Winters, 49, of Bull Creek Road in Dawson Springs was served a Muhlenberg County Criminal Summons for Harassing Communications. Captain Craig Patterson was the charging officer.
 
Amanda McCaslin, 26, of South Trim Street in Dawson Springs was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle on a McCracken County warrant. Captain Patterson was the charging officer, assisted by Josh Travis.
 
On September 4 Vicki Carter, 50, of Lovan Lane in Madisonville was charged with Theft by Deception on a Hopkins County warrant. Captain Patterson was the charging officer.
 
Timothy Clements, 49, of Poplar Street in Dawson Springs was charged with six counts of Theft by Deception on a Hopkins County warrant. Captain Patterson was the charging officer.
 
Nathaniel Stuart, 22, of Scott Drive in Madisonville, was charged with Criminal Trespass (1st Degree) and Disorderly Conduct (2nd Degree). Captain Patterson was the charging officer.
 
Aaron Stuart, 20, of Scott Drive in Madisonville, was charged with Criminal Trespass (1st Degree) and Disorderly Conduct (2nd Degree). Brad Ross was the charging officer.
 
On September 5 Jonathan Dwyer, 22, of McKnight Road in Dawson Springs was charged with Operating on a Suspended Operator’s License. Captain Patterson was the charging officer.
 
On September 7 Anthony Crane, 46, of Benton Road in Paducah, was charged with Disregarding a Stop Sign, Failure to Produce Insurance Card and Driving on a DUI Suspended License (1st Offense). Brad Ross was the charging officer.
