Friday Bike Night Combines World-class Bikes and Southern Rock

bike1 300GREENVILLE, Ky. (6/24/13) –The Greenville Fire Department's (GFD) "Friday Bike Night" was another big hit on Friday, June 21, 2013.

Southern rockers Mason Dixon provided the live and free music, while bikers and spectators enjoyed a night of grilled goodies cooked up by the GFD and American and Foreign-made motorcycles.

Chris Humphreys, Captain of the Greenville Fire Department noted that this Friday will be the Battle of the Bands. "Three bands will battle it out next week,” said Humphreys. “Then on August 23rd, one band will win $1000. Next Friday night is booked with three bands, but any bands interested in competing next month can call us about possible openings."

The GFD July Golf Scramble has been cancelled, but GFD will have a fund raising Car Show in September.

On October 25th, local citizens are invited to come enjoy a chili supper.

There will be no Friday Bike Night on July 5, but on July 12 Mason Dixon will be back, along with Appleton Harley Davidsons on display from Clarksville.

For more information call GFD at 270-338-3305.
