OBO arrest logOWENSBORO, Ky. (9/20/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following criminal activity for Thursday, Sept. 20:

Russell E. Thrasher, of the 20 block of Dixiana Ct, was arrested at 7:41 a.m. on charges of First Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance First Offense (Methamphetamines).

Christian S. Ralph, of the 3600 block of Arlington Dr, was served with a warrant at 2:00 p.m. on two charges of Theft by Unlawful Taking Under $500.

Tonya Sowders, of the 500 block of Monterrey Dr, was charged with Speeding 26 or More Over the Speed Limit (School Zone).

George Kevin K. Quinn, was charged at 4:12 a.m. with No Lights On Bicycle and Obstructing a Highway.
