opd arrestlog2 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (6/5/14) — Owensboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and citations:

Amanda Alvey, 38, of Owensboro, was charged with first degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

Edna Brown, 46, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting less than $500.

Hayley Brown, 21, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting less than $500.

Mary Gamblin, 30, of Owensboro, was served a warrant charging two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card less than $500.

Daniel McIntyre, 50, of Owensboro, was charged with two counts of possession of marijuana and one count of drug possession.

Anthony Mehlbauer, 66, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and possession of an open alcoholic beverage.

Matthew Rose, 31, of Owensboro, was served with a warrant charging with theft by unlawful taking less than $500.

Steven Smith, 33, of Owensboro, was charged with first degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fleeing or evading police, second degree criminal trespassing, and public intoxication of a controlled substance.

Jordan Swift, 20, of Owensboro, was charged with operating on a suspended or revoked license, possessing a license when privileges were revoked, and other related traffic offenses.

Bradley White, 25, of Owensboro, was charged with license to be in possession, first degree trafficking in a controlled substance, and drug possession.

Chasity Wilcox, 25, of Rockport, Ind., was charged with theft of identity of another without consent, second degree disorderly conducts, and contempt of court/libel.

Matthew Ziegler, 30, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug possession.
