Henderson ABChandler Elementary 300HENDERSON, Ky. (10/22/13) - A.B. Chandler Elementary will host a leadership day on Friday, Oct. 25. The day will provide visitors the opportunity to visit classrooms, listen to student speakers, and discover how A.B. Chandler Elementary has implemented the Leader in Me program.

“The purpose of the leadership day is to provide students the opportunity to practice their leadership skills as they continue learning the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People through the Leader in Me program,” Lighthouse team member and fifth grade teacher Wendi Bailey, said.

A.B. Chandler Elementary is in its fourth year of the Leader in Me program. The leadership day will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the media center at the school.
