Belton Woman Arrested on Various Charges, Including Receiving Stolen Property

General Arrest 01 300GREENVILLE, Ky. (6/24/13) – On Saturday, June 22, 2013, Kentucky State Police (KSP) Troopers initiated a traffic stop on Main Street in Greenville that resulted in the arrest of a Belton resident on multiple charges.
 
According to KSP officials, Troopers spotted a 1987 Ford Bronco traveling down Main Street at 1:38 AM without utilizing headlights. Upon contact with the operator, 46-year-old Alice Rector of Belton, Troopers found that she was under the influence of controlled substances. After conducting a field sobriety test, Rector was placed under arrest for Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence - 1st Offense.
 
Upon further investigation, it was determined that the Ford Bronco had been stolen and not yet reported. It was also determined that Rector was possessing vehicle accessories that had been stolen from inside another vehicle. Rector was additionally charged with Receiving Stolen Property Under $10,000.00 and Receiving Stolen Property Under $500.00.
