Ed Whitfield (KY-01), Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Energy and Power, was recognized by the National Job Corps Association this week on Capitol Hill.

A plaque presented to Whitfield acknowledged his efforts regarding enrollment suspensions.

The award stated, “Representative Whitfield fought to restart youth admissions and he championed funding, allowing Job Corps to serve as many youth as possible.
