hit run2SEBREE, Ky. (3/16/14) - Kentucky State Police are investigating a two-vehicle, injury collision that occurred at approximately 2:30 a.m. Sunday, March 16 on Kentucky 370 east of Sebree.

According to a KSP report, preliminary investigations reveal that a juvenile was operating a 1997 Toyota Camry westbound on Kentucky 370, when she was struck from behind by red truck. The unknown driver of the red truck, a white male, got out of his vehicle and spoke with the juvenile. The male subject then got back into his vehicle and left the scene in an unknown direction.

The juvenile then drove herself to the Henderson Methodist Hospital to receive treatment for her injuries.  The juvenile was wearing her seat belt and there were no passengers in her vehicle.

If anyone has any information in regards to the identity of the driver of the second vehicle, please contact the Kentucky State Police Madisonville Pose at (270) 676-3313. All callers may remain anonymous.

Trooper First Class John Komar is investigating the collision.  The Henderson County Sheriff's Office assisted with the investigation.
