DUE TO HEAVY SNOWS IN WESTERN KENTUCKY...WIDESPREAD 6 TO 12 INCH SNOWFALL AMOUNTS HAVE HAULTED AREA TRAVEL. ISOLATED 15 INCH AMOUNTS HAVE BEEN REPORTED. police carPROVIDENCE, Ky. (5/5/14) — The Providence Police Department released the following reports Monday, May 5.

Jeffery Banks, 37, Providence, was charged April 30 on a bench warrant from Webster County.

Christina Frazier, 42, Providence, was served a criminal summons May 1 for harassing communications.

Kenny Smith, 26, Providence, was charged May 2 with fourth-degree assault/domestic violence, no visible injury.

Troy Bowling, 40, Providence, was charged on a warrant May 3 with third-degree sexual abuse.

Michael Jones, 43, Providence, was charged May 4 with fourth-degree assault/domestic violence, minor injury.

Michael Jones, 43, Providence, was charged May 4 on a warrant for first-degree rape/domestic violence.
