police carPROVIDENCE, Ky. (7/28/14) ― The Providence Police Department released the following reports Monday, July 28.

Mikell Hearon, 20, Providence, was charged July 23 with first-degree wanton endangerment.

Brandon Foe, 29, Providence, was charged July 26 with theft by unlawful taking or disposition $500 or more but under $10,000.
