•Liquid spillage under shelves
•Box of biscuits store on sausage
•Cooler door gasket in poor repair

Minor violations:
•Butter brush contains metal portion
•Ceiling tiles in need of repair
•Spillage in kitchen area
•Containers need to be properly labeled (sugar, etc.)
•Wiping clothes not properly stored

Catering and Creations by Sheri B – 99
Minor violation:
•Plates stored on floor

Damascus Road House Concession - 100
No violations

Ferrell’s Restaurant – 100
No violations

Hometown Grill and Fish House – 99
Minor violation:
•Spillage in cooling unit

Kickin Kafe – 100
No violations

Quality Quick – 98 (South Main)
Minor violations:
•Ice machine in need of repair
•Ceiling tiles in need of repair

Regional Senior Citizens Center – 100
No violations

Ridgewood Terrace LLC – 100
No violations

Subway – 99 (Madison Square)
Minor violation:
•Containers broken in walk-in cooler

West Ky 4-H Camp Cafeteria – 100
No violations

Wick’s Well Market – 96
Minor violations:
•Ceiling leaking
•Floors in need of repair
•Hair restraints needed
•Food spillage around deli slicer

The next food training class will be on August 13, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.  If you or your employees would like to enroll, please call April at (270) 821-5242 ext 263.

If for any reason you can’t make the scheduled food training class, we will be willing to schedule different times or days.
