Madisonville Police Reports – July 31, 2013

mpd arrestlog3MADISONVILLE, Ky. (7/31/13) – On Wednesday, July 31 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported 7 instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Reyes Vasquez, 50, of Henderson was arrested on July 30 for DUI Refusal and Possession of an Open Container in Vehicle. The arresting officer was Daniel Cavanaugh.
 
James Kinney, 28, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on July 30 for Non-payment of Fines and Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.
 
Christopher Sutton, 41, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on July 30 for Contempt of Court, Libel/Slander Resistance to Order. The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.
 
Carrie Wicks, 45, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on July 30 for Theft by Deception Include Cold Checks under $500.00. The arresting officers were William Strader and Clay Stroud.
 
Phillip Jackson, 31, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on July 30 for Contempt of Court. The arresting officer was Sean McCance.
 
Timothy Oglesby, 35, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on July 30 for Failure to Appear. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.
 
Jennifer Oatman, 46, of Madisonville was arrested on July 30 for Theft by Deception under $500.00. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.
