Kentucky 109 Restriction for Monday

lane restriction 300HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (10/28/13) - A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to restrict traffic to one lane on KY 109 near the Hopkins-Christian County Line starting Monday, October 28, 2013.

This lane restriction at Hopkins County mile point 0.15 is to allow bridge deck re-pairs on the Tradewater River Bridge.

A temporary traffic signal will be in place to control alternating traffic flow.

This work zone lane restriction is expected to be in place until November 20th.

As a reminder, this bridge has a 15 ton weight limit.

Intech Contracting, LLC, is the prime contractor on this $760,698 highway improve-ment project.
