MADISONVILLE, Ky. (11/12/13) — Madisonville Fire Department crews were summoned to the parking lot at Baptist Health Clinic around 3:07 p.m. Monday, Nov. 11 to extinguish a car fire.
According to a MFD report, heavy smoke was coming from under the hood of a 2001 Pontiac upon arrival. Firefighters used both water and foam to extinguish the blaze.
The damage to the vehicle was substantial and firefighters helped owner Michele Davis remove her belongings from the car before it was towed away.
