Madisonville Police Reports – November 18, 2013

mpd arrestlog5 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (11/18/13) - The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports on Monday, Nov. 18.

Spencer Belfer, 20, of Madisonville was arrested on Nov. 17 for disregarding a stop sign and failure of owner to maintain requested insurance. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Jana Rivera, 28, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on Nov. 17 for contempt of court. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Mckenzie Pierce, 19, of Island was arrested on Nov. 15 for theft by unlawful taking shoplifting under $500. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Donnie Durham, 36, of Morganfield was served an arrest warrant on Nov. 15 for theft by unlawful taking shoplifting under $500 and fleeing/evading the police. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Amie Gibson, 33, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on Nov. 15 for contempt of court and bond withdrawal. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.

Thomas Drake Jr., 39, of White Plains was served an arrest warrant on Nov. 16 for a serving warrant for Muhlenberg County, assault in the fourth degree (domestic violence) with minor injuries, alcohol intoxication in a public place and menacing. The arresting officers were Paul Haynie and Russell Nichols.

Johnathan Butler, 20, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on Nov. 16 for contempt of court. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.

Richard Moore, III, 31, of Madisonville was arrested for forgery. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.

Jason Gossett, 34, of Madisonville was arrested on Nov. 16 for criminal trespass. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.

Jeffrey Dunkerson, 35, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant for assault in the fourth degree (domestic violence) with minor injuries. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.

Jeffrey Peyton, 37, of Madisonville was arrested on Nov. 15 for alcohol intoxication in a public place. The arresting officer was Falon Graham.

Phyllis Knight, 49, of Madisonville was arrested on Nov. 16 for another police agency (Webster County). The arresting officer was Falon Graham.

Christina Schauss, 32, of Madisonville was arrested on Nov. 16 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and disregarding a traffic light. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Rebecca Young, 47, of Madisonville was arrested on Nov. 15 for assault in the 4th degree (domestic violence). The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
