Arrest Log HCSheriff v2 300HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (12/13/13) — The Hopkins County Sheriff's Department released the following arrest reports Friday, Dec. 13.

Paris Phipps, 21, of Madisonville was charged Dec. 3 with faultier to comply with treatment program, improper turning, improper equipment and operating on a suspended/revoked license.

Kelley F. Hancock, 44, of Madisonville was charged Dec. 3 with fourth-degree assault/domestic.

Jacqueline Pruden, 55, of Sacramento was charged Dec. 3 with public intoxication.

Jimmy Arndell, 32, of Clinton, Ky., was charged Dec. 4 for receiving stolen property under $10,000 and operating on a suspended/revoked license.

Timothy Jarvis, 24, of Graham was charged Dec. 5 with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

Shannon Paul, 35, of Slaughters was charged Dec. 5 with shoplifting and on a probation violation warrant.

Floyd C. Fields, 46, of Hanson was charged Dec. 5 with theft by deception/cold checks under $500.

Damon Berry, 32, of Hanson was charged Dec. 5 with theft by deception/cold checks under $500.

Gina R. Ray, 43, of Henderson was charged Dec. 8 with public intoxication, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Jeffery Hazelwood, 37, of Madisonville was charged Dec. 10 with second-degree escape.

Shanna L. Campbell, 36, of Madisonville was charged Dec. 10 with two counts of theft by deception/cold checks under $500.

Jessica E. Bean, 39, of Dawson Springs was charged Dec. 11 on a warrant for FTP.

Buddy A. Dukes, 31, of White Plains was charged Dec. 11 on a warrant for FTP.

Eric T. Ballard, 24, of Hopkinsville was charged Dec. 12 with alcohol intoxication.

Richard Neil Spain, 23, of Hopkinsville was charged Dec. 12 with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, third offense.

Mark Thurby, 52, of White Plains was charged Dec. 12 with theft by deception/cold checks under $500.
