Daviess County Health Inspection Reports - October 4, 2013

healthdeptinspections steak1 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (10/4/13) - The Green River District Health Department inspected the following restaurants and food establishments in Daviess County on Sept. 26 through Oct. 4:

Texas Roadhouse, located at 943 Mosley Rd, received a score of 95 and an A rating.

Country Cupboard, located at 1710 E Parrish Ave, received a score of 99 and an A rating for its food section and a score of 99 and an A rating for its retail section.

K B Kids Zone, located at 3045 Burlew Blvd, received a score of 100 and an A rating.

College View Middle School Cafeteria, located at 5061 New Hartford Rd, received a score of 99 and an A rating.

Ryans Family Steakhouse, located at 4500 Frederica St, received a score of 79 and a C rating in a regular inspection and a score of 97 and an A rating in a follow-up inspection.?

Raceway, located at 3174 US 60 E, received a score of 94.

Hampton Inn Continental, located at 615 Salem Dr, received a score of 100 and an A rating.

Dollar General, located at E 4th St, received a score of 93.

Dollar Tree, located at 3500 Villa Point Dr, received a score of 100.

Fern Terra, located at 1415 West First St, received a score of 96 and an A rating.

Dollar General, located at 2511 East 4th St, received a score of 100.

Circle K, located at 3113 US 41, received a score of 94 and an A rating for their food section and a score of 99 for their retail section.

Rite Aid Pharmacy, located at 517 N Green St, received a score of 100.

Morning Star Christian, located at 2705 Sunset Ln, received a score of 99 and an A rating.

Rite Aid, located at 1355 Second St, received a score of 100.
