OPD Reports Arrests - October 24, 2013

opd arrestlog2 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (10/24/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following arrests on Oct. 23:

Felicia Clark, of the 500 block of Hathaway St, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on charges of alcohol intoxi-cation in a public place first/second offense.

Fry, of the 400 block of Lisbon Dr, was arrested at 5 a.m. on charges of manufacturing methamphetamines first offense, unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursors first offense, drug paraphernalia buy/possess, and operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc .08 first offense.
