Brescia University Offers Joseph Lombardo Art Exhibition

Lombardo’s work is displayed in the gallery until March 7

A closing reception will take place Friday, March 7, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Lombardo received his Master of Fine Art in painting from Bowling Green State University and earned a Bachelor of Fine Art with the honor of Valedictorian from the Columbus College of Art and Design.

He studied landscape painting at the Burren College of Art in Ireland and served as Artist In Residence at Buffalo National River, Hot Springs National Park, and at the Glen Arbor Art Association. Lombardo is represented by Art Access Gallery in Columbus and is an Adjunct Professor at the Columbus College of Art and Design.

He exhibits nationwide and is in the collection of the Ohio State Supreme Court and the Hilton Downtown Columbus.

Lombardo will be teaching a painting workshop in Tuscany in June.

The Anna Eaton Stout Art Gallery is located on the second floor of the Campus Center, 717 Frederica St., and is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
